Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay said that his country realizes that quality education is the best weapon to combat terrorist organizations that seek to poison the minds of future generations, such as Gulen, ISIS, and the PKK.

This came in a speech on Friday during his participation in the inauguration of the Turkish Knowledge Endowment Complex in the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek.
He explained that this edifice is the first complex opened by the Turkish Endowment of Knowledge in Central Asia, pointing out that Kyrgyzstan is the 46th country that contains the School of Endowment of Knowledge.
He pointed out that the complex will add additional value to the educational process in Kyrgyzstan, will contribute to the rehabilitation of young people who contribute to the development of their country, and form a cultural bridge with Turkey.
He pointed out that the complex will include all stages of basic education from pre-primary to secondary school.
Pointing out that it will provide education in four languages, including Turkish and Kyrgyz.

He stressed that his country would never allow terrorist organizations to poison the minds of children and youth under the guise of education.
“We are well aware that quality education is the best weapon to combat terrorist organizations that try to poison the minds of future generations, such as Gulen, the PKK, and ISIS,” he added.
Oktay arrived in Kyrgyzstan on Thursday to participate in the signing ceremony of cooperation agreements in the fields of trade, industry, energy, health, agriculture, forestry, and tourism, and the opening of the “Turkish Knowledge Endowment” complex.
Oktay is scheduled to meet with Kyrgyz President Sadr Jabarov, who will host a dinner in his honor.
In 2016, Turkey established the Knowledge Endowment to take over the management of schools that were linked to the “Gülen” terrorist organization abroad, and to establish new schools and educational centers in various countries of the world.

The endowment organizes educational, cultural, and social activities in those countries, in order to raise the quality of education in them and strengthen relations with Turkey.
