Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a message of condolence to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan over the victims of a mine explosion in Barten province.

In the letter, Aliyev expressed his deep shock at the news of many deaths and injuries in the mine explosion.
